2013 Charlotte Parade of Homes

The Charlotte Parade event continues to demonstrate the latest in decorating, remodeling, home technology, architectural design and residential construction to active and engaged visitors. This annual spring event, hosted by the Charlotte Home Builders Association, brings out thousands to tour the best in new home design.

This year I am honored to have been asked to participate as a Judge for this year's 2013 Charlotte Parade of Homes. My experience as an interior designer and a home staging specialist along with my connections with many local builders, gives me a unique perspective viewing these homes.  I love going to the Parade of Homes myself each year to get ideas and see all the beautiful homes.  This year, looking at everything as a Judge, will be even more exciting!

Some of the featured communities on the tour will be Skybrook in Huntersville, a master planned Golf Course community.  Cheval in South Charlotte, Mint Hill.  And Walnut Creek in Lancaster, SC.
