Recent Market Analysis Shows Inventory in the Lake Norman Area is Picking Up Slightly

This is great news for Lake Norman home buyers and sellers alike!

More homes on the market in the Lake Norman area means more options for the buyer.  More buyers in the market is always good news when you're ready to sell your home.

The Charlotte-Lake Norman area, already the premier location for luxury waterfront homes, is now looking even better. Inventory is up compared to the same period last year this time. Sales have increased and so have the pending sales, which just confirms the market place is busy!

The Lots inventory is down slightly. Construction is on the increase and lots are becoming a popular more affordable option for the home buyer.
